IPC Chose Gema17.12.14
Industrial Plastic Coating have announced the purchase of new state of the art Gema powder coating guns for their powder coating line. The decision has been made to enhance quality and to reduce powder wastage on the line. The investment is part of ongoing continuous improvement in IPC’s production capability.
Production Manager Neil Mooney said “After extensively trailing these guns we were very happy to make the investment in them. Quality and usability are superb and they are very popular indeed with our sprayers”.
Based in Thetford, IPC was established in 1970 to provide powder coating solutions for trade customers. The company was subsequently acquired by, and became a trading division of, Creative Displays (UK) Ltd. IPC represents a good fit for the Creative Displays business as it nicely complements our existing trading divisions, but the essence of the IPC business remains our trade customers, various of which we have served successfully for many years.
Over time we have made substantial investments in production equipment and we continue to do so to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry, but we still favour the traditional skilled hand finished powder coating rather than more mechanised processes, as we believe it significant enhances our capabilities.
We can handle any shape or size up to maximum of 4200mm x 1000mm x 1450mm, in any batch size from small to substantial.
IPC is a trading division of Creative Displays (UK) Ltd.
